For Parents/Guardians Commitment & Time Management
Schedule Alignment: Season III rehearsals take place on Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, alongside mandatory tech week dates (that will be relayed with advanced notice). Does your dancer have any recurring weekend commitments (academic, family, or other studio training) that might conflict?
Transportation & Logistics: Do you have reliable transportation arrangements in place to ensure prompt arrival and pickup at BANDALOOP Studios each week?
Support & Program Alignment
Dancer's Goals: From your perspective, what are you hoping your child/dancer gains most from their experience with Ja’LUUM this season (e.g., artistic growth, college preparation, confidence, community)?
At-Home Support: High school and pre-professional training can be demanding. How do you and your family support your dancer when they are balancing heavy workloads or stress?
Financial & Operational Understanding
Tuition & Requirements: Have you reviewed the tuition structure ($150/month) and program inclusion specs? Do you have any questions regarding payment schedules or obligations?
Communication Preference: We prioritize clear, timely communication regarding schedules, performances, and student progress. Do we have the best email/phone contact for parent updates on file?
Needs & Accommodations:
Is there any medical, emotional, or physical context (past injuries, allergies, learning needs) that would be helpful for us to know so we can best support your child/dancer in the studio?
